In our Cardiovascular Surgery Department, adult and pediatric heart surgeries are performed by specialist physicians with a multidisciplinary approach. Especially in pediatric heart surgeries, heart valve and reconstruction surgeries are successfully performed.

Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery:

• Heart surgeries in pediatric patients with small incisions (4-5cm) and minimally invasive methods (through the armpit)
• Closure of heart defects (holes)
• Heart valve repair and replacement surgeries
• Heart tumor surgeries
• Stenoses within the heart, narrowing in the vessels, and their reoperations
• Pacemaker implantation
• Conduit (valved vessel) replacements
• Application of ECMO type circulatory support systems due to high lung pressure

• Coronary bypass surgeries (with the classic method or off-pump surgery)
• Total arterial revascularization in coronary bypass (without using leg veins)
• Vein harvesting with small incisions (from arm and leg)

• Pericardial surgeries
• Surgical and angiographic treatment of pathologies of large vessels (Dissection and Aneurysm)
• All types of aneurysm surgeries (Left Ventricle, Aorta)

• Surgical or closed method treatment of peripheral arteries and veins (Varicose veins)
