The Patient Rights Department contributes to the development of our hospital with your suggestions and opinions. Not only our Patient Rights Department but also all relevant senior managers will address your complaints and negative opinions with the aim of finding solutions.
You can submit your complaints, requests, and suggestions to our patient rights unit in person, by phone, email, website, survey, or petition.
You can also submit your opinions and complaints about our services by filling out the satisfaction survey form available on patient floors and at outpatient clinic counters.
Your complaints/suggestions will be recorded, evaluated with the relevant department managers, and improvements will be made to enhance our service quality in line with your requests.
The outcome of your complaint will be communicated to you by the Patient Rights Unit within the specified time frame.
Complaints that cannot be resolved due to laws, regulations, and guidelines will be forwarded to a higher authority for investigation.
