At what age is tonsil surgery performed?

Tonsil surgery is generally performed after the age of 3. However, in urgent medical situations that prevent the child from breathing, cause severe sleep apnea, or create difficulty swallowing, surgical intervention can be safely performed at earlier ages upon a physician's evaluation.

How long does sinus surgery take?

Endoscopic sinus surgery generally takes between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the extent of the disease and the anatomical structure. Since it is performed using a closed method, our patients are mostly discharged on the same or the next day and can return to their normal lives in a short time.

What is the recovery process like after rhinoplasty (nose aesthetics)?

It is normal to see mild swelling and bruising in the facial area for the first few days after rhinoplasty surgery.
