Things to know before you come
The questions we receive most often about appointments, payment, visiting hours and insurance partners.
Full patient guideThrough the E-Appointment system you can choose a department and physician and pick a suitable day and time yourself. You can also book through our call center at +90 850 811 34 00.
The current list of private health insurers and corporate agreements is on the Insurance Partners page. Our patient admissions team confirms your policy coverage before treatment.
You can access your laboratory and imaging results through the E-Results system with your ID number and protocol number. A follow-up appointment with your physician is recommended for interpretation.
Visiting hours differ for wards and intensive care; companion arrangements are planned according to the patient's condition. Current hours are shared on the Visiting and Companion Policy page.
When you send your file to the International Patient Center, a free preliminary assessment is made; the treatment plan, translation support, airport transfer and accommodation are arranged by a single coordinator.
