Our Performance Management System, which we have established with the aim of measuring the performances of our employees throughout the year, determining their ‘Career Planning’ and ‘Training & Development Needs’, is structured on a competency basis. Competences are categorised under 3 headings: ‘Basic’, “Managerial” and ‘Professional’ competences. All our employees are evaluated according to ‘Core’ competences, and our managers are evaluated according to “Managerial” competences together with ‘Core’ competences
